Both our company alone and together with architects and partners we are engaged in land development: The Fenner Group is therefore looking for plots of land in and around Berlin predominantly, as well as throughout Germany, which can be built on. In addition to classic building plots, these are, for example, gaps between buildings or parts that are divided off from large, rather sparsely developed plots and sold, or plots on which a house stands, but which are likely to be approved for further development. Furthermore, demolition plots, yard, garden and storage plots may have the suitability that could be of interest to us.

The Fenner Group will gladly and quickly check the location and condition of the offered land, the question of development and buildability and plan a possible development and/or modification with very renowned architects. If desired, we will give the seller of the land a share in the resulting added value.

The creation of building rights in cooperation with cities and municipalities has developed as a core competence of our work. Especially in the case of initially difficult basic conditions, we can bring about solutions with staying power and goal-oriented communication. Last year, we focused on the development of commercial properties and the acquisition of retail centers. The restructuring of commercial sites for residential purposes and the conversion to commercial housing was developed by the Fenner Group as a new business segment.
