We buy apartments, plots of land, commercial properties, apartment buildings and residential complexes, renovate them in the most tasteful way or restructure the property and sell it to an end buyer or incorporate the properties into our portfolio. However, Fenner Group is not only active for its own properties, but also follows this concept for third-party properties. As a developer, Fenner Group or one of its subsidiaries – if necessary also together with partners – is active as a redeveloper of apartments or houses and the development of land. Since 2020, Fenner Group also builds complete new buildings under its own management as a developer.
